COMPLIANCE
We regularly monitor the laws, rules and regulations that apply to our business.  Any modifications or changes are made as necessary.  We integrate all real and regulatory requirements into our training programs to reduce the prospect of inadvertent non-compliance due to human error.  We also maintain policies and procedures, summaries and checklists to assist our staff in staying in compliant with these laws.

EFFORTS TO AVOID ABUSIVE LENDING PRACTICES
In an effort to prevent the origination of loans containing unfair terms or involving predatory practices, we have adopted many policies and procedure, including the following:

• We do our own due diligence for every file we are applying for and our buyer.
• We review all loan documents prior to signing.
• We will, (under certain circumstances) sign and advise (on behalf of our clients) for Hard Money and pre-payment penalty loans.  (Note:  Authorization signature from the client is kept on file if this is necessary).
• We have on staff a qualified Sr. Processor to monitor all loans, escrow and title companies for compliance and accuracy.

Customer Interaction and Education

• We market our properties through our web-site and advertising with a view to encourage a wide range of buyers and investors.  We are represented by our Licensed Real Estate agent to make sure that no is discrimination because of race, ethnicity and conomic diversity of the markets where we service throughout the nation.
